Excel
This is Excel. With her hyper-active behavior and tendensy to fall down, I'm surprised Il Palazzo puts up with her. In Excel's case she is glad he does too. Excel has a huge crush on Il Palazzo and she loves to do his missons. Though a little spastic, she is focused on her work. A little angry with the fact that Il Palazzo and Hyatt sometimes flirt, Excel overeacts sometimes. She also talks really fast so, if you want to hear what she is saying, you should put it on subtitles.
Hyatt
Hyatt is an alien princess from Mars who landed on Earth in episode 2. Not yet used to th Earth's breathing climate, Hyatt always randomly starts chocking and gasping for while talking to someone. Most of the time she even falls down and faints. Her and Il Palazzo often get close and Watanabe has the hotts for her but, does she even really get the hint? Hyatt looks to Excel even though she doesn't like her that much. She is always calling her "Senior Excel".
Lord Il Palazzo
Lord Il Palazzo is his full name and he runs an underground secret organization. His famous quote: "This worls is corrupt" is heard a lot in the series and he means it too. Excel and Hyatt are his only to people in that organization and never complete their missons. He is rather content all the time and is always mean to Excel. For example he shoots her with bazooka's, makes her fall down big holes exc. He likes to try new things as in playing electric guitars and gameboys.
Watanabe Tooru
Watanabe lives next door to Excel and s very poor. One day he stumbled across Hyatt laying in the middle of the street. He helped her and liked her ever since. His two roomates Iwata and Sumiyoshi bug the hell out of him and always scarf hm up for food even though he is verrrrrrrry poor. Later he gets a job with Iwata and Sumiyoshi at the Safety Assurance Agency.
Iwata Noriku
Iwata is Watanabe and Sumiyoshi's roomate. He got a job at the Safety Assurance Agency with then and fell in love with their partner Misaki. He is very rude and always makes weird remarks.
Sumiyoshi Oomaru
Sumiyoshi is the quiet one. He doesn't say a word in the whole sereis. He communicates with subtitles. He always makes the most random remarks too.
Ropponmatsu 1st (Adult)
She is very weird and is just really an adult versions of the second. She kinda got close to Hyatt in one episode but I'm not sure if it shows anything too emotional. Really nothing about her.
Ropponmatsu 2nd (Child)
She is cute little cat-girl who takes a very strong liking to Excel. She is very innocent yet very viscous and random. She usually has guns and stuff popping out of body parts and is made of metal. She also works for the SAA. Kabapu has lots like her working there too.
Nabeshin
Nabeshin is a very humerous character who is randomly being chased by 2 men in some episodes. He has the ability to know a little more than some people in the episode about it's end and has a verrrrrrrry large afro. He always pulls big guns out of his afro and loves it basically to death. He sings a song like this sometimes: "I'm Nabeshin and I've got an afro"..... or something like that. ^_^ The only part I really remember is: "The girls all like it cause it's fluffy, I like it cause I don't have to brush....."
Tetsuko
Tetsuko is character who only appeared in one episode. She was trapped in a big pit with Excel and says she was in there for a really long time. She wore an iron mask for 3/4 of the episode and got eaten by a snake at the end. Turns out she was Nabeshin's girlfriend and when she died, Nabeshin killed everyone who trapped her in the pit. (But doesn't she look like someone from Harlock Saga??!!)
Kabapu
Kabapu is the director and head of the SAA. He is very mysterious and always is hiding something. His moustache is always falling off and he just says: "You didn't see that!" Just like Nabeshin, he always knows something before you do.
Misaki Matsuya
Misaki is working person at the SAA. She can seem quite innocent at first glance but, is actually rather viscous and mean. Though she can be very helpful to someone in battle, she is a big pain. Her exterior says: Bossy, mean, smart, and beautiful twoards men. She is all those too.
Cosette-Sara
Cosette-Sara is a little demon girl on a misson to kill some people and Excel. Her first apperance is in episode 8. She make some other random apperances in a few more episodes after that though. Her mom died when she was really young..... I forgot how. Does it even tell you?? Anyways, she may seem cute and harmless at first glance, amazing and deadly at second glance, but at thetird you will realize, she is just a troubled emotional little girl.
Puchuu's
........ Well,......... Puchuu's are........hmmm.... just plain weird. They invaded Earth when they brought Hyatt their and have made random apperances ever since then. Always getting beaten up by Excel, they tried to desroy the Earth with their cuteness. They are still trying to do just that. Just like everyone else. They seem innocent but, don't get them mad!
